The "Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015"

Following the release of ten undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood's barbaric and potentially illegal practice of harvesting baby body parts allegedly for sale to human biologics companies, Congress acted this past Friday by passing two bills. The "Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015" was passed by a vote of 241-187. It would defund Planned Parenthood while Congress investigates whether the company is violating federal fetal harvesting laws. Congress also passed the "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act," which makes killing a baby born alive during a botched abortion first-degree murder.

While both bills face an uphill battle in the Senate, they are evidence that the videos shot by the Center for Medical Progress are having an impact. Revealing truth is powerful.

•Read about the history of abortion in the U.S., and the real story behind Roe v. Wade in "Killing with Blindness" by Marcia Segelstein.

•And, in "Seeing Is Convicting" by Terrell Clemmons, learn how the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform also uses powerful imagery to make the case against abortion.
