Dear Friend of Salvo,
This is an exciting-yet tenuous-time for the magazine. Our fifth issue is going to print this week; we have the highest number of paid subscribers to date; and just a few days ago, Salvo was notified by our newsstand distributor that because sales are so strong they will be selling the magazine at more than 400 additional outlets across the nation, mainly at Barnes & Noble. What a wonderful testimony to the importance, significance, and salability of Salvo!!
That said, I'm afraid I must reiterate a request that I've mentioned before: Salvo needs your financial support.
Salvo must raise $125,000 by June 30 to ensure that the magazine meets its budgetary goals. We can succeed with a generous contribution from you and our many other readers!
Will you prayerfully consider sending a financial gift to Salvo?
Salvo must raise $125k by June 30 to ensure that the magazine can continue publishing. Although subscriptions and advertising revenue have increased, we still must raise this money to keep the magazine going. Your generous gift today will greatly assist the magazine!
As a magazine that bucks the trends of our culture, Salvo may be at an even greater disadvantage in meeting budgetary goals than other fledging publications, which is why we need your help.
Salvo is on a mission to properly equip men and women, families, and especially young adults with the educational and intellectual tools that will help them combat the lies permeating this culture. It is here to interrupt the aggressive assaults against truth perpetrated by other media outlets, Hollywood, and academia.
I'm happy to report that dozens of professors on college campuses read Salvo, as do political activists, media personalities, movie producers, students, parents, and clergy members-men and women who all have a great deal of influence on other people's lives. Salvo is honored to help them in their work.
I'm also honored by your continued and gracious support of our work. Here at Salvo we are dedicated to changing the culture, one heart and mind at a time. For every prayer you have offered over the previous eighteen months, I am thankful. For every person with whom you have shared Salvo, I am grateful. For every donation that you have sent in, I am humbled. This work-this magazine-would not be here today without your loyal readership and financial support.
Will you send a financial gift to Salvo of $250 or even $50?
Thank you again for all that you've done to make Salvo possible. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider sending in another gift today!
Yours truly,
Bobby Maddex
